One of our favorite ways to recover is spending time in the Sunlighten Infrared Sauna. Infrared’s healing light energy has been proven in many ways to help our bodies feel better. A recovery Experience customized for you

We can completely customize your sauna experience as well as target some of the many benefits of infrared light. Our state of the art sauna has space for two people and is equipped with bluetooth audio and a tablet so you can listen to your favorite tunes, watch your favorite show, or experience a guided meditation (our fave!). 


If this is your first time using the sauna we recommend you start with a 30-minute session. Our sauna sessions are available for one-time drop ins or 5 or 10 session packages.
